A private web app that turns the texts of Cofferdock's carousels into finished images, using Cofferdock's own API. Nothing goes out without my approval.
Where it comes from
Cofferdock needed people to know it exists, and Instagram was the channel. Making images by hand every day doesn't scale, and making images is exactly what Cofferdock does.

Day one
A carousel template and a generator that makes the images with Cofferdock's API, and a private web app to review, edit, approve and schedule them. The same day, a 100-day plan: Instagram only, three themes, 258 carousels. TikTok was dropped because its review asks for a demo video.

Locked down
One single account, two-step sign-in required, short sessions, data stored encrypted and a log of everything that happens.

Small helpers
A Telegram warning if nothing is scheduled for tomorrow, rotating hashtag sets, images for Stories and a first animated version for Reels.

Four a day
From day 15, four posts a day, one per format, alternating light and dark. Each post can go in manual mode: at its time, the Publisher sends me the images and the text on Telegram. It also gets its own MCP, so my assistant can write drafts but never approve or publish.

Instagram says no
Instagram flagged two automatic posts as possible spam. From then on, everything goes up by hand from Telegram.

The family look
The carousels and the Publisher itself switch to the same style as Cofferdock and this site.
It's a private tool, so there's no public link. You can see what it makes on Cofferdock's Instagram.
