Every Thursday a group of friends goes to a different bar. This app keeps score: who came, what we ordered, who paid what, and a ranking of the bars. It is private and by invitation only.

The first version
A small web app for the group: everyone rates each bar from 1 to 10 on three things, and a ranking is built from the averages. A vote can't be changed once sent, and what one person rates shows up live on everyone else's phone. Everyone got in with one shared code.

Ready to run on my server
The drinks category was dropped, leaving three: atmosphere, waiters and price. The app was packaged to run on my own server.

Closing the door
I took the real group code out of the project's files. In parallel I built the private area it would move into: nobody can sign up by themselves, every person is created by me, and the sessions last long enough to stay logged in on the phone.

Real accounts and a shared tab
The shared code is replaced by one account per person. A new tab keeps the group's accounts, like Tricount: who paid, who owes whom. The link to join is sent by hand over WhatsApp, with no email involved.

Live, and with memories
The app goes live for the group. Each visit records who was at the bar, a photo, comments and ratings for quality, location and value. Tickets can be added with what was ordered.

Visits, guests and podium
Friends without an account can be added as guests and their history moves over when they get one. There is a podium in Profiles, a tab for each part of the app, and payments under 50 cents are hidden so the accounts stay readable.

Drinks that score points
Eight drink categories that give points, and a profile for each Thursday with what every person spent. It is built and tested, but not live yet.
It's a private app for a small group of friends, so there's no public link.
