A small private web app to keep the working hours of one person: they clock in and out with one tap, and the app adds up the month and what is owed for it. It is by invitation only, with no open sign-up.

Clocking in and out
It starts as a section inside my private web for friends. A person taps to clock in and taps to clock out, and the time is set by the server, not by the phone. A shift can also be added or corrected by hand, and a corrected one is marked as such. No overlapping shifts, nothing in the future, and a forgotten clock-out is flagged instead of guessed.

What is owed
The month adds itself up in whole cents, with no rounding. Below the total it shows what has been paid and what is pending. Only I, as administrator, can note a payment: full, partial or in advance. If more has been paid than worked, it shows how much work is still covered. The app never moves money: it only keeps the count.

Closed by default
Nobody can sign up on their own: I create each person and send them a one-time link by hand. Each person sees only their own hours. A full backup is made every day, and I can download one from the admin page to keep outside the server.

A project of its own
It had grown enough to stop living inside the friends' web. I split it out: its own code, its own database and its own address, with nothing in common with the other app. The middle panel is gone, so signing in goes straight to the register.

In use
It is running on its own private address and being used for real. Still to decide: whether an advance paid in one month should carry over to the next, which today each month keeps apart.
It's a private tool for one person, so there's no public link.
